Only Massage Therapy treatment is covered under insurance.

Cancellation Policy: Minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment or you are responsible for full payment of the appointment scheduled. 

If you are late for your appointment time, your appointment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled patient. The usual fee for treatment will remain the same.
